Back to School Gospel Concert

Friendship Baptist Church will host a free Back to School Musical – A community celebration of praise to prepare for the new school year:
Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. at
Friendship Baptist Church,
2912 Pleasant Grove Rd., Lansing, 48910.
The event will feature the New Vision Choir of Cincinatti, Ohio, and other local choirs, offering an afternoon of “powerful music, inspiration and community to lift voices and students in praise and prayer”. The goal is to launch the school year for students, educators and parents in unity, faith and praise.
